Apparently we do.
The Montgomery City Council finally passed a budget for 2007, even though the fiscal year already began months ago. It passed with a 5-4 vote (haven't we seen a lot of those lately?).
Now we're just waiting on the lawsuits....not that Janet May pays attention to legal opinions.
